With needle or hook

It has been a creative adventure these past three years. I feel like I just got here. I have been inspired buy your beautiful stitches, creative finishes and lusted over your wools. :) Thank you for being so inspiring. I have connected with so many amazing people through blogging...

A jogging, nuclear engineer and her Master Chief ( still love your jogging post when the dogs followed you home!), a few designers...The designer cat angel. A foodie in Indiana; an amazing finisher, teacher in NC, a very talented quilter, knitter and prolific stitcher who is the mother of two very creative, talented children. A Newfie who is a DYI Queen; a woman who loves chocolate for breakfast and has an eye for bargains; an easily influenced stitcher and a stitcher who can't find her arse from a hole in the ground if it was in front of her... ;) love her humor...only laughing now because it hasn't happened to me YET. Was invited to meet up with two wonderful Maine stitcher's for some in person needle time at the CO-OP. A stitching mom of three athletic boys and a wonderful Rottie (Go Team). I found some HOOKERS too! I miss our Blue Hen, she's in a slump but I still think of her. Cheered on His Lordship in his inaugural secret stitch.  We've shared prayers for friends and family, we've mourned the losses of family members, pets and friends. It was the year of the Pumpkin...her strength and courage touched us all.

Thank you for sharing your projects, successful and the not so successful; for sharing your other interests, your families, gardens, celebrations and vacations. We are a close knit/stitched community in this blog-land from all around the globe.Thank you for letting me join you in this sister/brother hood of needle and thread.

May we continue to be an inspiration to each other, share a good laugh, support in more sorrowful times and good swift kick in the linen when we are in a slump.

My offering is meager but I would like to celebrate this third year with a token of my appreciation for    sharing your projects, advise and experiences! My Blogaversary is in five days but if I don't post this now I will most likely miss it! Hahaha. SOOOO I will pick a lucky follower on my Blogaversary day. :)

Look forward to another year!

Keep on stitchin' and hookin'

P.J.

Hi PJ - I agree with you about how great the blogging community is. I started blogging because there were very few rug hookers where I live. Now there are lots more but I still love visiting my internet friends on a regular/daily basis. Congrats on your blogaversary!
